I had been searching for living room furniture for several months with lots of poor experiences. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Furniture Plus via Google after being at a store nearby. Omar helped me and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, the price of the sofa set I purchased was cheaper than anything I could find locally or online. I would absolutely return and I’d recommend this store to my all friends and family.
I purchased a sofa, loveseat and chair from Furniture Plus. There was a problem with the chair (caused by the manufacturer, not Furniture Plus) and Omar worked really hard to resolve it. Eventually, because the problem could not be resolved, Omar refunded the money I spent on the chair without any hesitation. These guys are really decent people. I felt bad because I know that they probably lost money in the end.
Excellent store! Great customer service, the owner Omar is very helpful. Started shopping with Furniture Plus in 2016, and have furnished my entire home with them since! Had one warranty issue, and Omar got the claim covered after warranty expired, and didn't charge me for it. All in all it was a great shopping experience and no pressure sales! Go see what they can do for you!

Furniture Plus was the first store we visited and after a long week of shopping stores around Portland and Vancouver and spending hours online we came back and bought our couch. The price was great, the couch is well made and so comfortable. Both times we were in we were helped by John - no lurking, no sales pitches, no wheeling and dealing. He simply welcomed us in, let us shop around at our own pace, quickly answered our questions, and helped us load our wonderful new couch into our truck. We will definitely go back for our future furniture needs!

We were looking for a twin mattress for our daughter and were looking for a reasonable price. We walked in and Omar assisted us right away. Showed us what he had in stock and quoted us a very "hard to say no to" price. Being that they had what we were looking for in stock, we were in and out quick. I would recommend Furniture Plus to anyone that is looking for high quality name brand furniture and an affordable price!
